Hi there!
I'm Kim! I’m a ‘21 graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology with a degree in New Media Design and a minor in Advertising and Public Relations.
I'm also a proud Brooklynite, a seasoned thrifter, an occasional model, and most importantly, a passionate advocate for diversity within the UX/UI design field.
I never thought that design would be in the cards for me. Before college, I’d never touched the Adobe Suite. But I’ve always loved art and couldn’t stay off of a computer. I finally realized that a merge between creativity and technology was possible, and stumbled into the world of UX design, soaking up all that I could for the past 6 years.
“Why” is my favorite word. I’m a problem solver and an empath by nature, which results in an insatiable thirst for analyzing and solving design problems. Bonus if it’s for a cause close to my heart.
Whenever I have downtime, I love to write, work out, listen to Tiny Desks, and practice playing the piano.
I am currently searching for full-time product design opportunities. Feel free to contact me, or check out my work!
